h5hh Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be fun, not stressful. At h5hh, we support every player to play safely and within their own limits.
What Responsible Gaming Means
Ensuring every player at h5hh has a good experience is one of our top priorities. Online games are not a way to earn income — they are a recreational activity meant for entertainment and enjoyment. Players can only get real enjoyment from gaming when they keep their budget under control.
Responsible Gaming means playing while managing your money, time, and state of mind — being able to handle losses well and seeing gaming as an entertainment investment, not a way to chase losses.
Policy: Only players aged 21 and above may play at h5hh. Violations of this restriction are not permitted. 21+
Protections We Provide
Age Restriction
You must be 21 or older to open an account at h5hh. If underage individuals attempt to play, their account will be suspended. We believe we have a serious responsibility to protect minors.
Deposit Limits
Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage their budget. Once a limit is set, deposits beyond that amount will not be allowed. This is the most effective way to control your spending.
Session Time Limits
You can use the Time-Out setting to limit a gaming session. To avoid playing for too long, we recommend every player set a session time limit within 2–3 hours and take care of their physical and mental well-being.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to take a short or long break from gaming, you can request Self-Exclusion yourself. During this period, your account will be suspended and access will be blocked.
24/7 Support
If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, you can contact the h5hh customer support team immediately in Myanmar language via 24/7 Live Chat. You can also reach us by email at [email protected].
Account Control
Through Account Settings, you can set your loss limits, session limits, and view your gaming history. This helps you understand your playing habits and make better decisions.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Gambling can shift from entertainment to a problem. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, please contact us right away.
If you keep playing after a loss with the hope of winning your money back, this is one of the main signs of problem gambling.
If you are still playing after spending the amount you set for yourself, your gambling habits may be getting worse.
If gambling is damaging your personal relationships, work, or physical health, it is time to seek help.
If you feel the need to hide your gambling from family and friends, this is an important sign that a problem exists.
Ways to help yourself
- Before you play, set a spending limit — and stop when that amount is gone.
- Set a time limit before you play, and take a break when that time is up.
- Do not see gambling as a source of income — treat it as entertainment only.
- If you feel angry or down after a loss, stop playing and step away for a while.
- Only play when your mind is clear — avoid gambling when you are emotional, under the influence, or tired.
- Check your gaming history regularly and review your playing patterns.

Protection for minors
h5hh does not allow anyone under the age of 21+ to access our games. This is not optional — it is our firm policy.
If children use your computer or mobile phone, we ask that you log out of your account and keep it securely closed. This prevents accidental access.
Computer protection
You can use Parental Control software on your computer to block children from accessing online gambling sites.
Mobile protection
Enable Screen Time or Kids Mode on your mobile phone to set access restrictions for children.
Financial safety reminders
h5hh has financial limits in place to help prevent players from spending more than they can afford. Please respect these limits —
We ask each player to set their own personal budget and make responsible deposits and withdrawals through KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. Do not try to keep topping up to cover losses.
