h5hh Terms & Conditions and Agreement

By accessing or using the h5hh website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between h5hh and the player. If you continue using the services without having read this document, you are still deemed to have accepted this agreement.

h5hh may update these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue using the services after any changes have been made, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

1.1 Account Eligibility

Each player may only open one personal account at h5hh. If duplicate accounts are found to have been opened by the same person using different names, identity documents, or payment methods, all such accounts may be closed and any bonus funds held in those accounts will be forfeited.

1.2 Accurate Information Required

Players must provide their correct name, date of birth, and contact details when registering an account. Accounts found to contain inaccurate information may be temporarily suspended during review and permanently closed if the information is confirmed to be false after the review.

1.3 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) secure. Sharing, lending, or selling account access to any third party is strictly prohibited. If your account is compromised, contact h5hh customer support immediately.

1.4 Account Age Verification

h5hh may request age verification from players at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.

2.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at h5hh is 10,000 Ks per transaction. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Deposit records can be checked in your account. Funds must come from your own bank or payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within approximately 10–45 minutes after the request is submitted. Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

2.3 Payment Cancellations

h5hh may cancel a payment and suspend a player's account if any of the following are found:

• Chargeback attempts
• Use of a payment method that does not belong to the player
• Actions suspected of being fraudulent
• Money laundering attempts

3.1 Welcome Bonus

Players receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw funds from this bonus, players must meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Example — How it works:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks must be wagered

3.2 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases:

• When a player attempts to abuse a bonus by using multiple accounts
• When a player is found to have provided incorrect personal information
• When a chargeback occurs on a deposit
• When a player's betting pattern is found to be exploiting bonus terms

3.3 Promotion Changes

h5hh may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who wish to join a promotion must read and understand the relevant terms and conditions before participating.

4.1 Fair Play

All games on h5hh run on a regularly audited Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that results are fair and cannot be predicted in advance.

4.2 Prohibited Gameplay

The following are strictly prohibited on h5hh:

• Use of gaming software such as bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Bonus abuse tactics to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion between players
• Intentionally exploiting game system bugs or exploits
• Denial of Service attempts against the server

4.3 When a Technical Error Occurs

If a server error causes an incorrect game result, h5hh may void the affected round and refund any losses to the player. Only game records generated by the server will be treated as official records.

4.4 Service Suspension / Account Closure

A player's account may be suspended for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or inaccurate information
• The player's own request for account closure
• Violation of Responsible Gaming rules

h5hh's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are based on wagering volume and consistency of play. Since the exact wagering amounts required for each VIP tier are not publicly listed, players can contact customer support to find out their current VIP status.

Weekly cashback percentages by VIP tier:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP cashback is paid as withdrawable cash, not bonus funds, so no extra wagering requirements apply. However, h5hh may update its VIP policy at any time, so check back regularly.

7.1 Service Suspension / Downtime

h5hh reserves the right to suspend the service with or without prior notice. h5hh is not responsible for any loss of gameplay or funds that occur during a service downtime.
